As a Content Manager, you want to be able to organize your Workflow, Assets, Projects, Tasks, and People related to a specific part of your content program.

Create a New Workspace

Open the "Create Workspace" dialog by clicking the "+" field in the Workspace list, the Workspaces menu or "+ Add" button top right of the screen.

In the "Create Workspace" dialog:

1. Choose a Workspace name and icon

Give your Workspace a short, descriptive name. This will be the primary identifier, so make it unique and easy to distinguish.

Optionally, set your Workspace icon or choose an emoji.

2. Write a Short Summary

Provide a short summary of the purpose and goals of this workspace. The summary will be shown as a short-form description of the Workspace in lists and galleries.

3. Choose a Workspace Template

Choose a Workspace Template that matches the objective and content you’ll be working on. Templates set the structure and rules for Workflows, Projects, Content Types and Tasks.

How to Choose a Workspace Template

When choosing a Template for your Workspace, pick one that matches the content you’ll be working on. Templates set the rules for Workflows, Projects, Content Types and Tasks.

You can learn more about Workspace Templates and how they can be customized to your needs.
