Every Project is broken down into tasks that are assigned to team members.
Tasks are listed by Workflow Stage (e.g., Planning, Brief, Draft, Review, and Publish) to structure the workflow efficiently.
Accessing the Tasks Section
The Tasks section enables you to organize and manage all tasks required to complete your Project. To manage tasks:
1. Open your Project.
2. Click on Tasks in the left-hand sidebar.
The Tasks page displays the various stages of your content workflow as separate categories.
The current Stage your Project is in will be expanded.
Approval Tasks and External Stakeholder Approval
If this task is an approval task, toggle the approval flag to on. The task will be marked with the APPROVAL badge, and get an accent background color.
In the case where an approval task is to be approved by an external stakeholder, add the stakeholder as an assignee and follow the detailed instructions for sending tasks for external stakeholder approval.
Editing and Managing Tasks
To further manage tasks, each task entry offers several options:
1. Assign Task: Click the person icon to assign the task to a different team member.
2. Change Due Date: Click the due date to specify a different deadline. Select the date from the calendar to confirm.
Additional Options
Click on the three dots for more task-specific actions, such as duplicating or deleting the task.
Tips for Efficient Task Management
Use Descriptive Task Names: Make each task name specific to its action or objective.
Assign and Set Due Dates: Ensures accountability and timely completion.
