Overview

The Founder's Proxy agent transforms your long-form content into a week's worth of LinkedIn posts written in your founder's authentic voice. Instead of spending hours repurposing a blog post or podcast transcript into social content, this agent analyzes your source material, learns your founder's tone and style, and creates seven ready-to-post LinkedIn updates—each with a compelling hook, story, and takeaway.

The result? A full week of thought leadership content that sounds genuinely like your founder, automatically organized in Relato for easy review, refinement, and scheduling.

What the Founder's Proxy Does

The Founder's Proxy agent handles the heavy lifting of content repurposing:

  • Transforms long-form content into bite-sized LinkedIn posts from blogs, notes, transcripts, or articles

  • Analyzes your founder's voice by studying example posts to match tone, style, and personality

  • Creates authentic thought leadership with strong hooks, engaging stories, and clear takeaways

  • Automatically organizes everything into individual projects with scheduled publish dates throughout the week

  • Saves hours every week by eliminating manual content repurposing while maintaining quality

How It Works

Input Requirements

To run the Founder's Proxy agent, you'll need:

  • Long-form content source: A blog post, transcript, article, Note, or Google Doc you want to repurpose

  • 3-5 example LinkedIn posts that represent your founder's voice and style (mandatory)

  • Founder Brand workspace: If you don't have one, the agent will create it automatically. The agent needs a content calendar to schedule the posts in, and every Relato Workspace contains a content calendar.

The Process

Here's what happens when you run the agent:

1. Trigger
Submit your content by sharing a URL, uploading a Note, connecting a Google Doc, or assigning the agent to a project or task.

2. Content Analysis
The agent reads your long-form content and identifies key insights, stories, and takeaways worth sharing.

3. Voice Learning
Using your example LinkedIn posts, the agent analyzes your founder's writing style, tone, sentence structure, and personality markers.

4. Post Creation
The agent drafts seven LinkedIn posts, each structured with a hook to grab attention, a story or insight to engage readers, and a clear takeaway.

5. Project Setup
Each post is created as an individual project in your Founder Brand workspace, making it easy to assign, review, and manage.

6. Scheduling
The agent assigns publish dates throughout the week, creating a ready-to-go content calendar.

Output

After the agent runs, you'll receive:

  • 7 ready-to-post LinkedIn drafts written in your founder's voice

  • Individual projects for each post in your Relato workspace

  • Scheduled publish dates distributed across the week

  • Organized workflow for team review, editing, and approval

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before running the Founder's Proxy agent, make sure you have:

  • Active Relato account with agent access

  • 3-5example LinkedIn posts that authentically represent your founder's voice (mandatory)

  • Long-form content ready to repurpose (blog post, transcript, article, etc.)

  • Founder Brand workspace (if you don't have one, the agent will create it automatically)

Setup Steps

1. Gather Example Posts
Collect 2-3 LinkedIn posts your founder has written that best represent their authentic voice. Choose posts that:

  • Performed well with your audience

  • Sound genuinely like your founder

  • Demonstrate the tone and style you want to maintain

2. Prepare Your Content Source
Identify the long-form content you want to repurpose. This could be:

  • A recent blog post

  • A podcast or webinar transcript

  • An article or thought leadership piece

  • Notes from a presentation or talk

3. Verify Workspace Access
Check that you have access to your "Founder Brand" workspace. If not, don't worry—the agent will create one for you automatically when it runs.

Best Practices

Input Tips

Choose Content Rich in Insights
Select long-form pieces that contain valuable insights, experiences, or expertise worth sharing. The stronger your source material, the better your LinkedIn posts will be.

Use Recent, Relevant Content
Fresh content tends to resonate more with audiences. Choose pieces that address current challenges or trending topics in your industry.

Provide Clear, Authentic Example Posts
Your example posts are the blueprint for the agent's output. Choose posts that:

  • Genuinely sounds like your founder

  • Include the structural elements you want (stories, questions, calls-to-action)

  • Reflect the personality and tone you want to maintain

Voice Consistency

Update Examples as Voice Evolves
Your founder's voice may evolve over time. Periodically refresh your example posts to reflect their current style and priorities.

Review First Outputs Carefully
When you first use the agent, review the initial posts closely. This helps you:

  • Ensure voice alignment

  • Identify any adjustments needed

  • Build confidence in the agent's output

Provide Feedback to Refine Results
If posts don't quite hit the mark, note what needs adjustment. You can refine your example posts or provide clearer source material to improve future results.

Workflow Integration

Fit Into Your Content Calendar
The agent creates a week's worth of content, but you control when it publishes. Adjust the scheduled dates to align with your broader content strategy.

Collaborate Between Content Team and Founder
Establish a review process where:

  • The content team runs the agent and does initial quality checks

  • The founder reviews and approves posts

  • Edits are made collaboratively before scheduling

Set Up Review and Approval Processes
Use Relato's project management features to:

  • Assign posts to team members for review

  • Track approval status

  • Manage publishing workflow efficiently

FAQ

Content Sources

What types of content work best?
The Founder's Proxy works well with blog posts, articles, podcast transcripts, webinar transcripts, presentation notes, and thought leadership pieces. Content that's 1,000+ words typically provides enough material for seven distinct posts.

Can I use podcast transcripts?
Yes! Podcast transcripts are excellent source material because they often capture your founder's natural speaking voice and contain multiple stories or insights worth sharing.

How long should the source content be?
Aim for at least 1,000-1,500 words to give the agent enough material to create seven meaningful posts. Longer pieces (2,000+ words) often work even better.

Voice and Tone

How does the agent learn my founder's voice?
The agent analyzes the example posts you provide, identifying patterns in sentence structure, word choice, tone, personality markers, and how your founder typically structures their thoughts. It then applies these patterns to the new content.

Can I update the voice examples?
Yes. As your founder's voice evolves or as you identify better example posts, you can update the examples you provide to the agent for future runs.

What if the tone doesn't match perfectly?
Review the output and identify specific elements that feel off. You can:

  • Choose different example posts that better represent the voice you want

  • Edit the generated posts to refine the tone

  • Provide feedback to help improve future outputs

Workspace Setup

What if I don't have a "Founder Brand" workspace?
No problem. If the agent can't find a workspace called "Founder Brand," it will automatically create one for you and organize all your posts there.

Can I use a different workspace name?
Yes. If you have a workspace with a different name where you manage founder content, the agent can use that. If the agent can't locate it, it will create a new "Founder Brand" workspace.

What happens if the agent can't find my workspace?
The agent will automatically create a new "Founder Brand" workspace and organize all seven posts there. You can then move or reorganize them as needed.

Output and Editing

How much editing is typically needed?
Most teams find the posts need light editing—adjusting a phrase here, adding a specific detail there. The amount of editing depends on:

  • Quality of your example posts

  • Complexity of your source content

  • How well-established your founder's voice is

Can I regenerate posts?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with the output, you can run the agent again with the same content but different example posts, or try a different piece of source material.

How do I adjust the posting schedule?
Each post is created as a separate project with an assigned publish date. You can easily edit these dates within each project to align with your content calendar and other publishing commitments.
